As you enter the property, Cottage Seven is the second building on the right. It’s the smallest cottage at Cedar Springs, designed as a cozy one-bedroom getaway with a kitchen, bath, and comfortable living area — a favorite for couples who want a quiet place to relax near the water.
Cottage Seven sits closest to the east dock, which can accommodate up to four jet skis and provides a great platform for sunbathing, snorkeling, and fishing. Step outside with a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy the evening breeze coming off the St. Lawrence River.
This cottage has seen extensive updates over the years. To make room for a larger outdoor living space, Cottage Seven was moved twice — once after the 2004 season and again in 2006 — to create space for the front deck. The deck quickly became one of the highlights of the cottage, offering a comfortable spot to sit outside and enjoy the river.
Inside, walls were reconfigured to create a more open kitchen and living area. A sliding glass door was installed, bringing in more natural light and framing the river view. The kitchen received new cabinets and appliances, and the bathroom was expanded with all-new fixtures, including a shower stall, vanity, and stool.
