rental of the Shelato Cedar Springs Cottages:
Rental Period: Memorial Day
Weekend thru Sept 30
Definitions: Cottage #3- West Cottage.
Seasonal Cottage, Weekly/Monthly Rentals
Cottage #5- Middle Cottage.
Seasonal Cottage
Cottage #7- East Cottage.
Weekly/Monthly Rentals
Weekly Rental Terms:
·Weekly Rental Amount during the season (July and Aug):
$599 ($399
For June)
Monthly rates (4 weeks) are $2,199 during July and August and $1,699 in June and
September
Seasonal Rates are for June through September. We charge for 8 weeks at
the standard rate and the remaining weeks are free. Call for availability
and specific information.
·Weekly Rental Amount before Memorial Day or after Labor Day is
$399.
·Included in the rental amount is electricity and garbage pickup
fees
·Nonrefundable deposit of $300 due to reserve any cottage
·Balance of rental due the first day of the rental week .
