The following outlines terms associated with rental of the Shelato Cedar Springs Cottages:
Rental Period: May 21 thru Oct 15
Definitions: Cottage #3- West Cottage.
Weekly/Bi-weekly Rentals
Cottage #7- East Cottage.
Weekly/Bi-weekly Rentals
Weekly Rental Terms:
- Weekly Rate July and August $1,100, $900 For June and September
- Utilities and Garbage Pickup is included in the rates
- Nonrefundable deposit of $550 is required to reserve any cottage for a week during season
- Nonrefundable deposit of $450 is required to reserve any cottage for a week during off-season
- Balance of rental amout is due the first day of rental week
Check In Time:
- Check In After 2:00 PM Saturday
- Check Out Before 10:00 AM Saturday

- 1 Furnished Cottage including...

Things A Renter Should Plan On Bringing To the Cottage
- Bedding
Cottage 3 has 1 double bed, two twin beds, and a full size sofa sleeper
Cottage 7 has 1 double bed, and a full size sofa sleeper
- Towels
- Dish soap and toiltries
- Outdoor grill and charcoal
- Travel documents if you plan to boat/drive to Canada
Not Included With Cottage
- Telephone

- Fishing Equipment
- Life Jackets
- Swim floats, etc
Cottage Rules and Regualtions
- All regualtions set by the Town of Morristown for short term rentals apply
- Pets are allowed. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Pick up after your pets!
- No tents allowed per Morristown short term rental regulations
- No RV's/Campers allowed per Morristown short term rental regulations
- No more than two vehicles are allowed overnight per cottage per Morristown short term rental regulations
